Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

• Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Products purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
